Can I return my order for a refund?

We are very sorry to hear that you would like to return something. Unfortunately, due to the delicate and personal nature of some products, we cannot accept returns for medical products (Ladiva).

The consumer or buyer has the right to return nutritional supplements and medical devices within 14 days of receiving the package. Ordered products can only be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging. The cost of return delivery is covered by the consumer or the buyer himself.

If the delivered products differ from the ordered products (wrong products delivered), the customer contacts the e-mail address and the company Donna my personal pharmacy will arrange the collection and replacement of the products with appropriate ones at their own expense. Products originally delivered can only be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging.

If the delivered products do not meet the characteristics or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of products with a defect), the buyer must inform Donna my personal pharmacy about this within eight days from the date of receipt of the product. If the defect could not be noticed during a normal inspection upon receipt (hidden defect), the buyer must inform about it within eight days from the day he noticed the defect, otherwise he loses this right. Donna my personal pharmacy is not responsible for defects that appear after six months have passed since the product was delivered.

If, upon receiving the shipment, it is noticeable that the article or package is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service and notify Donna my personaly pharmacy. Together with the delivery service, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
